Fitness blogger Alexey Stolyarov @stoliarovaleksey and sports coach Max Topor @topor.maks conducted an open training session on the KENGURU PRO Luzhniki workout grounds! They showed how to conduct effective and engaging trainings on the workout grounds. More than 80 people of different ages and different levels of physical fitness attended the training. Everyone was perfectly able to cope with the intensive training program, which was prepared by the coaches.
The workout grounds include a variety of workout equipment: horizontal bars for pull-ups, benches for the abs, a Swedish wall, parallel bars, a Snake bar, and a multi-leveled Monkey bar. The grounds also include the following equipment for people with disabilities: ascending parallel bars, regular parallel bars, assisting handholds for exercising in a wheelchair.
Joint trainings motivate people to exercise and spend free time for the benefit of their health and body. KENGURU PRO workout grounds provide not only a place for training, but also an opportunity to get to know new and like-minded people, just meet friends and workout together!
